This is your job:
As an Office Manager, you ensure that the organization runs smoothly. You’re the linchpin responsible for the daily organization of operations. You’re not just behind the scenes—you also welcome partners and clients, ensuring the office looks top-notch. Additionally, you manage HR tasks, making sure no two days are ever the same.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Creating a great working environment;
- Procuring office supplies;
- Structuring documentation and archiving;
- Providing sales support when needed;
- Handling physical mail;
- Organizing memorable team outings and staff gifts;
- Operational HR tasks (such as drafting contracts, managing personnel administration, handling leave requests, and recruitment & selection);
- Administration related to training and development;
- Keeping company policies up to date.
What do you bring?
- Preferably, a completed degree in a relevant field with at least MBO+ work and thinking level (though dedication and motivation are even more important);
- Knowledge of HR tasks;
- Strong communication and organizational skills;
- Stress resilience to keep up in our dynamic work environment;
- A hands-on attitude and proactivity—we do it together;
- Customer-focused approach;
- Accuracy in your work;
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite;
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written); English and German skills are a plus;
- Experience with Exact software is a plus.
